You shouldn't forget...the israelis were 30km out of Cairo, and 60km out of Damascus. Yes, the egyptians and syrians managed a great upset, but they came this |-| close to the worst defeat either of them would ever suffer.

Israel makes good money from technology. Netanyahu in his first term told Bush he wanted to decrease Israel's foreign aid received from the US. So Bush lowered the amount of social aid, and then increased financial aid significantly. This is bad for Israel because this money comes with legal obligations. 76% of all money must be spent with America, Israel cannot even buy it's own weapons it makes with this money.
There is more to to it, but I have no time.

I invite you fine gentlemen to research yourself, specifically the US congress briefs the American Congress receives on Israeli aid from the US, and decide how you feel about Israel then. You don't have to take my word for it, after all, maybe I am a "hook nosed, money loving, evil Jew" - but I know from experience Egyptian men, women and children are smart people and can do skilled research of their own.

I like most Egyptians I have met, two were good friends growing up. Amr, and Hesham.
I sense no quarrel with Egyptians online either. We have fought, we have inflicted damages to each other, and it seems we both value other things more than fighting each other.
