You definately havent watched enough or any full matches from Pastore.He ripped topteams like AcMilan, Inter and juventus apart and is already making his impact at PSG.Pastore is already one of the best midfielders in the world. The price of a player depends of the age (+), the market (-), the buyer (quatar investment is very rich so +++), and the league (ligue 1 < premier league and then price is above a top PL club manu/chelsea... then again ++

Yeah Roman came in and gave us a strong financial backing but Mourinho is the real reason Chelsea are what they are today. He built us the spine, supplied the chemistry and no player was "too good for the club" like these Ronaldo's. Mourinho left because Roman didnt give him any power, hence why Shevchenko was brought and that was the beginning of the end for Mourinho's time at chelsea. Yeah we have no history but you have to start somewhere, in 50 years time we can look back at our achievements

Pastore is a great player, the second part of the season was pretty shit but then again the whole team was doing shit and we all know that one man cannot carry a team to victory. Now, 45 millions? I don't think any player should be worth that let alone a young unexperienced one like Pastore.
It's saddening to see him go to such a shitty league but money attracts, it would have been nice to see him play on the EPL and the Champions League but he has time for that I guess.

Any player who feels he needs to justify his reasons for joining one club over another has something to hide, when Roman first arrived we heard it alot from overseas players who joined us. He saw plenty of first team action at Palermo in a better standard of league, so begs the question why would he risk a move anywhere in that case???
