the problem is that most of us know him as the funny guy who makes weird but entertaining noises and impressions on his dad's tv show. That's why this is hard to take seriously. When I first saw him sing, it looked like he was doing Joey Ramone. Here he definitely does his best Jim Morrison. But he's cool, one day he will do his own thing, hopefully.

KISS is my all-time favorite band, the Doors are my second favorite. These two bands are amazing, and I'm critical when bands cover their songs. Nick Simmons is VERY good. I mean, he'd be good for a Doors tribute band, if not the Doors themselves. Gene and Shannon did really well raising him. THE DOORS!
