I like the Violent Ken sprite. He doesn't even bother putting his guard up, he's all just fire and speed. The Akuma-style teleports make him unique compared to Evil Ryu, who is more about Akuma's power moves. That's pre-balance Akuma, of course.

You're right. Ken's first possessed, then he comes to and Ken & Ryu blow Bison up. Then the two split up, Bison appears again (probably comes down to the whole clone-crap) and pulls an all-new "Psycho Trucker" on Ryu, where the movie ends. If you're interested:
