actually, this was on a cruise ship. Been on enough of them to know the layout of the center elevators. This man was just an idiot. And I suppose that he sued the cruiseline. Koreans. They don't believe the laws of physics have any power over them. I lived in Korea for a few years and yes, they do crap like this. It's a pride issue. For them to tell a machine, the laws of gravity, or the laws of nature what to do is to show they have power. This is why their buildings and bridges fall down.
that was not on a cruise ship but on a normal building, the guy was suicidal, he tried to kill himself before that was the reason of the wheelchair, this time he made it. I think he got fired and his life was melting down
