This is wrong. People are not only trying to privatize things that shouldn't be privatized (like Social Security and health care), but they're trying to monopolize things that shouldn't be monopolized. Such base products should not be monopolized, and farmers should have the right to save their seed, out of all things. Food should have a free market associated with it, not some bigwig companies bullying the people at the bottom working for them. This is wrong and more people need to speak out.

This video fails to point out that the grower must take advantage of the technology (treat the field with Roundup) before Monsanto has been damaged.

In all the cases investigated in the 1990's, the damning evidence was the purchase of Roundup.

Farmers willingly sign technology use agreements that outline the rules around saving seed. If you want the right to save seed then don't buy the RR seed. Its not a difficult concept. Farmers are not forced into anything, the overwhelmingly majority of farmers want traits developed by Monsanto and others. The video is incorrect in many of its forced assumptions.

Monsanto has always labeled their GMO packaging as containing GMOs, it is the major selling point.

I think it's completely wrong to patent an essential product - on an ethical and moral level this is breaking so many unspoken rules! Companies that exploit other rational human beings over essential commodities should be punished by the governing authorities... but I doubt the American Government would do anything about this seeing as they're are as much a profit driven "corporation" as the rest....

Boycott monsanto dont eat their soya beans I feel for the vegans that use soya beans as a source of protien and an alternative to dairy products. If you are a vegan and use a lot of soya products in your diet please try to cut down or use alternatives to soya products. Monsanto soya beans are not good for us and is not natural. Try to find soya products that are organic . If you know of any vegans that use soyabean products try to educate them into not buying gmo soya bean products
