If a property is owned by a corporation, it is not private property. Its corporate property which is most likely a "publicly" trading company. Thus it does not exist in the private. For something to be private, it needs to be owned by a living breathing living man or woman.

Wow. What a neat piece of video journalism. This highlights what this country has become. An authoritarian state of oppression where everywhere you look our basic human rights are being limited. Look at the Hitler security guys face after as people started leaving tips. They looked mighty uncomfortable for being exposed as the aggressors. Private property a street full of people? There actually isn't a difference between corporate and private property. I think what you are getting as is whether the extent of the license to enter can preclude busking, and yes it can. You can be made to leave a shopping centre, for any reason pretty much given it is private land. Why he was so worried about being filmed, I'll never know. Police also get upset about filming and say its against the law - don't be fooled - it's not.

If a property is owned by a corporation, it is not private property. Its corporate property which is most likely a "publicly" trading company. Thus it does not exist in the private. For something to be private, it needs to be owned by a living breathing living man or woman.

In this security mans case, he was not a public servant as he worked for a private company, however, as he acted unlawfully, it was in your citizens right to ask for his name, and also to film him for your own defence.
But like i said many people think that since they have the right to film in a public area, that they can film anyone without their permission, but anybody could have came up and told you nicely not to film them, for example so could this security guard, but he didnt..

What the people do not realize is that you are not obligated to obey their corporate rules. That is because you are claiming not to live under the rules of their society.
And that is the message that you must endeavour to get across.
So when they claim you need a licence, you need to explain to them why you don't need a licence. The simple explanation is you are a Freeman living under common Law and you do not consent to their legislated rules.

The secuirty guy mentioned the SIA, and then about 3 minutes later refused to tell you his name.
Under SIA (secuirty Industry Authority) rules, he has to be displaying his SIA badge, that has his name and number on it. He's not.
Technically, that can lose him his licence to work as security.

It was nice of those guys to come to your defence,it gives you some faith in the human race when that happens. I used to do quite a bit of busking myself in London in the eighties and nineties so I know about the hassles involved.
