  • It is claimed that fat increase your blood sugar ???

  • Oh hello! Have you ever tried cleverous 402 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it.

  • Holla! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father lost tons of weight with it.

  • thank you for this information, but I think it all depends on genetics ...

  • 20% fat is too little. Even the orthodox nutritionists consider 30% a good amount and don't think it's a good idea to go lower, for the risk of not getting enough EFA or eating too many carbohydrates. Eating more fats is the best things a diabetic can do since GI index aside, the Glycemic Load (the total amount of carb) is still relevant and it's better to substitute fats for carbs rather than proteins for carbs, since proteins require insulin to be metabolized unlike fats.

  • More videos like this (only for physicians) at symposier (.com)

  • It is really amazing that a diabetic Doctor completely rejects the idea of high carbohydrate diets being good for diabetes, See-

"Achieving normal blood sugars for diabetics with the aid of a low carbohydrate diet and exercise is the focus of

Dr. Bernstein's Revised and Updated 2007 Diabetes Solution, and the New Diabetes Diet, Dr. Bernstein's Low-Carbohydrate Solution, Richard K. Bernstein, M.D., F.A.C.E., F.A.C.N., C.W.S., FACCWS.

It seems strange this contradiction !

  • Dr. Bernstein is too strict and excessive. There's a great forum called Diabetes Daily and most people there managed to lower their blood sugar and get off medication even without following the super low carb diet of Dr. Bernstein. In fact many of them didn't feel good on such a diet and suffered from erratic blood sugar going up and down throughout the day and some even had worse spikes from meat than grains of beans. Most diabetics there follow an healthy, moderate carb diet.

  • Don't be so silly.

The level of education has little to do with understanding the invalid chemistry used by the "GI Experts". If you can't understand what I am saying about chemical units, ask a high school chemistry student to help you.

    See my Video-

GLYCEMIC INDEX- why it does not worK ?

    A GURU ? I don't think so.

  • I think you should stick with your sex cravings and leave general health subjects to more educated posters.

    A GURU ? I don't think so !

  • Actually this person is highly educated. If your that desperate for sex education maybe you should go back to grade school or ask your mom and dad about the birds and bees. For people like me who are diabetic this was a great video.

  • Glycemic Load is the only scientific way of reporting glycemic response of foods.

Glycemic Load is based on DIRECT measurement of the glycemic response to a known weight of test food. No calculation or estimation of GI from apparent weight of contained CARBOHYDRATE is needed. Although the GI Researchers can't or don't want to understand this, it is a fact.

  • Thank you, thank you so much for this information.

  • I thought that this was quite informative........thanks.
