  • Great information here in this video. The information that Dave Scott can impart is fantastic. A must for every swimmer.

  • does it hurt to do these drills with zoomers? My kick is sooooo bad i don't get any propulsion.

  • Where Is This?

  • This was actually a quite good video. Nicely made and understandable and also wellincorporated "why" reasons to doing these drills.

  • swimming would help you grow taller ?

  • dude youre an awesome teacher too. Youve been an inspiration for me for years and I never really heard you speak until now.

  • I knew that Dave Scott was good at Triathlon; I did not expect him to be SO good at teaching

  • Thanks.

    This is really useful

  • Thanks for the video. It's very helpful.

I'm a runner but due to an injury, I was "forced" to start swimming a few months ago. My kick is absolutely horrendous. I can do the side flutter but when I'm flat, I could barely move. Even when I'm using a kick board, I'm barely moving at all.

    Help!! What's my problem?

  • @poserville hahahahhaha get a life

  • @poserville did they start you off with flippers???

  • @poserville only kick with a maximum 30 degrees knee bend or you ont move lol

  • thanks a lot, I'm going to test it tomorrow :))

  • Thank you so much, your videos are a great help!!!

  • I am preparing for my first tri. Thank you for the tips. I can't wait to try them my next time in the pool.

  • Thank you so much for everything you have shared with us! :-)

  • Thanks for sharing. I actually needed that. Recovering from a major leg surgery. This will help. I've been doing it improperly for years.

    Thanks.

  • thanks i will be a campion gracias!!!!!

  • Excellent

    Thanks for sharing.

  • hut up jerks

  • LOL

  • I already practice on a few of these leg drills however, i will try out the dolphin kick on the back. I also find leg drills with flippers work well, whats your opinion on the use of flippers.

  • very good!!! My coach makes us do butterfly with flippers until we know the stroke properly and can kick well.

  • ours don't because when you swim in a meet it makes you feel slow
