ok, if my birth certificate represents a bond freely traded on my behalf by the US government, how do I discover what that bond is worth and how much debt I can safely discharge? Do I even understand this properly? I would love to start doing this but I fear that I don't comprehend the process well enough to do it without messing something up. The birth certificate bond 'account', purported to hold loads of money, mentioned many times in this video series and others of Rob's.

I understand that the land has value. If the government is using our land, it makes sense to make a claim for land myself, but I don't see where money comes into it.

Ok, maxim of law:

"He who does not deny, admits."

Write to them in a Notice with your understanding and see if they deny...If they don't you have the color of right to believe the account exists even if it doesn't.

Remember the birth certificate is evidence of a relationship. Ask questions!!
