lol, look at the prices for RTF compared to BTF. the Bind N Fly is 99 then RTF is 129. if you already have a $150 Transmitter why would you need to spend 30 more for another one? Atleast that's my opinion =P

maybe it´s easier to take one controller for each 2,4GHz Plane or Heli than a different one for every single plane/heli what ever.
You are a lot more fexible and maybe he preferes this big thing because of the better steering or feeling... ^^

if it's rattling rapidly then it is probably that counter weight thing at the top. i broke mine off and i replaced the upper blades
