I'd figure cause if you asked like 50 ppl to name 10 pokemon I doubt that a single one would name Dunsparce. I think he's the single most overlooked pokemon in the history of pokemon.
No he does not BUT if you go by my theory, IF they make a 5th Gen and they give Dunsparce a evolve form it should be just so Godly powerful that he would give legendary pokemon a run for their money. I mean thats how it should be.
