Bankruptcy Protection: Chapters 7, 11 & 13

well, I'm not the one who gave this a thumbs down, but it seems ch. 11 and 13 are mixed up here. From listening to the video vs. reading the description, there is a contradiction, regarding which one is for personal and which one for business, lol. (Note that, at the time of this comment, I haven't heard the whole video, yet-- just saying), However, don't worry, I'll check with a lawyer :) And thanks for the video anyway, It made me think about bankruptcy as a possible solution :)

20 sec into the video, "ch 13 is for businesses..." My wife and I went ch. 13 bankrupt in '89 then had it paid off by '95. we were not a business. So, I'd check into ch. 13 as an option, as well, even if you are an individual going bankrupt. It could be an option for personal situations as well as businesses. And well, I I'm not a lawyer, so check with a lawyer as well.
