  • @krakenone23 haha..I know I failed at first too! But now I found the perfect solution to lose weight fast. The site is WeightLossAction.Info, my friend recommend it to me after seeing good results, and now I'm the one enjoying it!

  • @JuicyJuice1313 yes it does, its a full body workout. if you do it correctly you will be amazed at where you feel sore

  • Oh man it looks pretty easy, but I bet its tough! Lol. My trainer is starting me on kettle bells soon. I'm nervous that I am going to be dead after doing these. Usually when he makes me do a workout that looks easy it kicks my butt!

  • Hey im an islander and im trying my best to loose weight by training and trying to healthy but the thing is i stay with my parents and being islanders we eat alot of fatty food .. Would u know a way of avoiding the food because the smell and look of fatty foods make me want it and it needs to stop

  • @tpcsliji food being around you are the biggest challenges. if you can't avoid being around it, make sure to keep yourself on a strict regiment and PRAY!!! :)

  • @tpcsliji I was the same way with food, I see it, smell it and in turn makes me want to eat it. What worked for me personally is jotting down my nutrition facts #s, this gave me an overview of how much I was consuming and it was disgusting! I went from consuming 4-6 serv of things in one sitting to now 1-2 serv or less. It's a slow process but the more you push yourself, the easier and healthier your body will adjust with you. DietMinder is a great food & fitness journal! :) GL!
