@brothering1 the terrapins havnt bit in a long time, i cant get them too anymore, they know better now. but i will say it seems my RES hurt more when they bite vs these terrapins

@snyderju1 it actually seems to hurt more when they bite when they are young. their mouth is smaller and it feels sharper

i too feed my terrapins from hands. dey eat chicken, prawns, red meat.

i have 11 aquariums, in 3 of which i've kept terrapins, 4 siberian turtle, and 1 big asian tortoise.

@MultiSniper70 its supposed to be 10gallons for every 1" of shell. another 5 gallon for every extra turtle. example if you have 2 1" turtles, you need 15 gallons

they havnt bit me like that recently but it didnt. the smaller sliders would hurt because they have smaller mouths and it would feel like a sharp pinch
