Do you have a video showing how to play Shor with right hand on Tanbur?

It is not very clear to me. Any pointers or instructions would be VERY helpful.

Also I hear at least 4 different kind of tuning for Iranian Tanbur, ofcourse with same interval,

but wich pitch is traditional? Do I tune at 440 or lower (432)?

What is best tuning?

I want to learn to play songs by ear.
