keep it up man! start walking a bit more a day walk at least 1 mile a day and if you can push it more than do it man! stop eating junk food!! you can do it!
hey bro like samheckma said muscle weighs more than fat so your probably gaining muscle and you should lift weights 4 times a week and do cardio immediately after lifting and do intensity cardio on the 5th day like sprints whether your doing running sprints or swimming sprints it all does the same and try playing basketball or some kind of sport on the last day to have fun and not even notice your doing cardio
I weigh 290 pounds, and currently using the P90X and all I have to say is that it works. I have gone from a size 44 waist to a 38 waist. Dude, just keep going with your diet and you will see results. P90X is not for everyone. But if I can do it anybody can.

The cardio is essential - even if you are just walking. You might want to look into the High Intensity Interval Training as a way of getting the most out of your cardio workouts. You can do it man, you just have to want it enough!
