Omar needs to be featured on some national news program....people need to see that young black men can be caring, thoughtful, and compassionate towards others and break the stereotypes that are in the media today. This was great.

Omar's video resume complete with references, work experience, skills, and all. LOL. We need more CNA's like him.
His comments from 6:02 to 6:21 are very important because we live in a country where we ship our parents and grandparents off to a "home" and forget about them. We forget that in between visits, these fine workers are the only people they interact with from day to day.
