Graphics make gameplay more immersive.

Obviously graphics don't make a bad game good... look at Crysis 2.

I bought it on release day (PS3), and was not impressed. For all the raving about it's graphics it had some pretty terrible frame rate drop along with lo-res items throughought the game. The actual gameplay was boring, no boss fights, not even any intense gauntlets. But even if I had bought it for PC I wouldn't have enjoyed the boring gameplay. That was my take on it.

Shadows and little detail don't hamper gameplay for me either, but it definitely enhances it for me.

I downloaded a sega pack of 3 games on steam a while ago, and GOD, the games just lacked complete originality, the AI and voice-overs and choice of story/dialogue were so lame and cliche, that I almost cried.

The games were just boring and had some really poor design choices.

These were: Space Siege, Universe at War: Earth Assault and Stormrise.

Well guys, or he is playing on the dificult "Super Mega Easy for n00b Babys" or the AI really sucks, well, i guess is the second one, because most of the games don't provide us that kinda of dificult, that makes so easy to play, because : 1 The NPCs take too much time just to aim at you, so you can get a clear head shot at them...In 2 seconds ¬¬. 2 Even when they aim at you, they took a large amount of time just to shot at you, and wen they do shot, they shot three bullets, and stop, and repeats

@arthaskiller I have played the game and the AI is stupid. Instead of engaging you in a firefight when they know you have a weapon they'd melee the hell out of you instead. Oh and playing the stealth type is even more hilarious as you can run circles around them even when partially detected.

@gaminkalv yeah. Action never catches up to the story, which goes at a fast pace. While you're making close second decisions on your choices for dialog, you have to go through the horrible user interface to select skills and gadgets, along with buggy cover system, Horrible AI that takes away the tactical espionage aspect and it resorts to pretty much hack and slash method of better armor and guns to overpower foes.

This game uses the Mass Effect engine because it has similar graphics, dialogue chooser(for lack of a better word), hacking and lock picking sceams and you can't reassign the damn space bar key!
