The alliance throne room, The OS lobby and the place that looked like the shadow vault (It isn't, its a place in Icecrown citadel) Are all memories of Yogg saron that he shows you during the encounter.

Throne room= Assassination of king Lliane or however you spell it.

Icecrown Citadel interior part= Lich king and tortured hero.

OS lobby place= Forging of demon soul

That's actually the Cathedral of Darkness; my mistake when making this movie. This is the room where Arthas tortures Bolvar. You may see it in the Yogg-Saron fight. Sometimes, players don't get to experience all 3 hallucinations.

The reason you see a different room each time is because he messes with peoples mind. And no the brain is not the boss, u can see his tentacle further through the instance. The boss fight with Yogg Saron will be against his body which has many mouths from the spoiler pictures.

By what I believe, the brain room is memories or showcases of the corruption of Yogg-saron. A first in Blizzard's history to show some of the events that made a major impact on the WoW Universe. Yogg-saron will narrate most of the memories with a chilling voice.

In the end, this god beats C'thun by a long shot. A LONG SHOT.

OK i think i have it some what figured out about what the brain part will be, think about it , the brain holds all your memories so i think it would be as your fighting the brain part he will show you the flash backs, his physical form will probably be his first form , (hopefully) and the second part the brain, then probely a 3rd stage were both forms are there and you have to kill them both . *mind you this is just a lot of speculation none of this is actually based off of anything

I know that you entered the instance with eagle eye from outside but just to let you know, Freya's room is considered an outdoor area so you can cast the farsight or eagle eye spell there too, thats where i stood when i investigated ulduar the same way as you did.

As for the yogg saron room this is where its believed you will be teleported during the instance much like C'thun's belly in AQ40.

No, It'll be that way most likely, when we down him to certain percentage, he will port us to that area and show us those histrocal events, and the fight will continue again.

You realise that is Yogg Saron's Brain not himself, and the reason for the 3 rooms is cuz he shows you flashbacks of diffret periods in history.

1. The Assasination of King Liane duing the 1 war you hear his and garona's voices.

2. The Creation of the Dragon Soul, you hear Deathwing's, Ysera's and Malygos's Voices.

3. Lich King is torturing someone you hear a scream and Lich King talk.
