Well, it's not the mistress that won't be happy but the master. She lost the needle/hair pin(in this case) that was to confirm the count's "date" with Susana...you should see the whole opera with subtitles, it's priceless. You'll laugh yourself to tears!I sang the Countess in first year. :)It's funny what a tragedy the very young barbarina makes out of it.Good luck with your singing!

What a voice and perfect playing! She is gorgeous, as a singer and as an actress. And the (usually) cheerful Mozart can be so genuinely haunting. The aria and the performance are a jewel.
