I'm excited as hell. But as for the fly dc jets sign, as much as i respect the old hangar, the factory and its history, I dont see why they WOULD keep it. My guess is that theyll keep the sign, just move it somewhere else for tourist purposes. Kinda like moving movie props into Planet Hollywood, but better.
