I saw this video on nat geo where there were two twins, and one was gay. It went on, and said that while the baby is in the womb, if it doesn't get a certain level of testosterone, the baby can be born feminine enough to be homosexual. If it gets even less testosterone (this is my personal theory here), even though it may genetically be male, the brain may be so feminine, that the mind is female in a male body, leading to the feeling of being in the wrong body.

No amount of surgery will ever negate the fact that this male will always be a male. Never being able to having ovaries and a uterus, he is just simply a eunuch.
You do realize that it takes years of hormone replacement for any doctor to even consider performing that surgery. If you know what a hormone is you would probably realize that it's basically the only thing chemically that separates genders.

I tried to just ignore it and live with it for 20 years but that only led to deep depression and close calls with suicide. I learned that I can't change my mind, but I can change my body. Now that my body and mind match I am much much happier and have been able to lead a normal life. That's how I "Deal" with it.

You do realize that it takes years of hormone replacement for any doctor to even consider performing that surgery. If you know what a hormone is you would probably realize that it's basically the only thing chemically that separates genders.
So let's say, someone stops their male hormones and completely replaces it with female ones for years, then chemically they will eventually think act and sorta look like the other sex.
What's it to you anyway, you fucking idiot? Just leave people alone...
