i have punto and he sucks I was driven in rx8 190kw and i say italian cars sucks,japaneese cars are much better.I work in fiat,lanca,alfa and innocenti auto service garage,they look good but mechanic,engine main computer and some other stuff they didn't do well,like japaneese does.Older italian cars are good (not younger than 30years)like alfa fulvia.Today italian cars are cheap but japaneese is better and more reliable.

never driven an rx-8 but when my fd was twinturbo, i managed to have a good pop at 1 1st and 2nd gear it stuck with me after that it started to fall behind a fair bit...depends what model rx-8 it is i guess, never had a problem leaving the punto's behind, dont like fiat cos every 1 ive had has been stolen.

spose theres the 2 litre turbo coupe? thats 2 seconds quicker to 60 than 1.3 rx8, the the rx8 is naturally aspirated, though the rx8 is rwd and has a smaller engine placed behind the front axel for 50/50 weight distrobution meaning it would piss all over the fiat coupe round a track

fiat may have been better before mazda were around, but mazda are way ahead now. The only thing fiat are know for these days is a punto.
