@QuestBrandon Lots of pushups to start and planks would help a ton - need abs and arms - you could try working up to planks with your legs elevated off the floor like on a chair or couch or even table - or even walk your legs up a wall as high as you can without falling - one other good way is to start with an elbow stand and put your hands and forearms on the floor, then walk your legs up the wall - it's easier to find your balance that way at first. In an actual handstand, keep arms straight.
