Awesome training!! I love seeing more and more people take interest in Ninja Warrior/Sasuke. I have made my own videos two of which are Cliffhanger Videos and one is a Salmon Ladder video. You can see them by searching "Etan Ginsberg" and they will be the top three. Great Job and continue your work for Ninja Warrior!!
i did all this when i went over to the west coast (i'm british) an all the guys doin it were amazed coz i was only 15 but i too want to complete ninja warrior one day :D
SLC Utah only breeds champions! Know of any good places to train in the valley? I want to compete one year as well. Let me know. Great vid, you'll make it to Japan for sure.
@1DAVIDBROWNY first off, ninja warriors a show, hes not training to be a ninja. hes not going out in the night to throw ninja stars at people you dumbass. second, its a 3 minute video. you think this is ALL of his training? stick to your video games douchebag
@r00sh hey numb nuts! don't bitch @ me for not naming the video right! if it says ninja den it has 2 me ninja related not some dumb ass cracker playing with poles n ropes!
This guy has the upper body strength definatly, but he not showing his foot work. im not saying he doesnt have that, just i hope hes not going in there arm blazing draggin his legs behind him
shit Santa Monica is the fucking place to train! i've been doing some of that stuff on the side but nothing with that kind of height or distance...like the pole jump for e.g. i mean on monkey bars sure but...it's only monkey bars with what? 50-60cm b/t them? now THAT in that vid? I can use!!!
cool variation on using the dip bar too. i'm gnna try that.
keep at it! i'd like to see you take on Ninja Warrior =D
Wow! I really wish there was something like this in Vegas... that'd be dope. Great work man. Very inspiring! Can't get this type of exercise equipment at the everyday gym rofl.
Awsome trainings you do! You are an inspiration when it comes to training my body, even tho I have no interest what so ever in ninja warrior, besides watching you win it. :)
Lots of your trainings is a great inspiration for me to use as a compliment for my parkour.
Its also interesting to follow your path towards victory in Japan. I got my fingers crossed for ya here in Sweden mate. Keep up the good work, and I know you will succeed with your goal!
at 0:51 can u guys see that luxury building in the back? yeah well i used to live there when it wasnt as nice...but it was still an awesome place to live...i loved the view!!!
First of all, it's never been proven that lifting weight at an early age will stunt your growth. So, I wouldn't put too much stock in that crap. But, if you feel that you're still too young to hit the gym and lift some iron, the best way for someone your age to build up your strength is through normal body-weight workouts: Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, sit-ups, etc. You can get all of your cardio exercises through either running or riding your bike. For agility, make sure you're stretching.
You could always buy a pull-up bar at any of your local sports stores. Pull-up bars are excellent for training your upper-body strength! They're usually cheap to buy and easy to install--right into any doorframe. Just a thought.
For reference, I think the Wall in Japan is higher. I wasn't there, but from what pics and videos I've seen the Wall at the G4 thing looks ~13 feet from bottom.
When I was there, I asked both Olivia Munn and a second G4 host named Allison. Both of them confirmed that the Warped Wall they built was the exact same height as the one in Japan. David Campbell also confirmed this when I asked him, as well. It's 17 feet.
And one more question Jake. Please help me out with this. How do you build up yourself to the Human flag man. I mean how do you start practising for it from a beginner to do the human flag. Please help me out with this. And one more thing man you are a real inspiration for me and my friends. Seeing you workout is awesome.
Hey Nix i see you train alot like me my American bro hope all's good in life? Your day will come Mate get your ass into the mountains and watch the animals at work SMASH THE MATRIX
The pull-up variation I showed you at the very end of this video (where I have my legs extended straight out) is an excellent way to strengthen both your core and lower back. Other things I do would include: Ball crutches, sit-ups, hanging sit-ups, in & outs, oblique crutches, human flags, etc. Give those pull-ups a try, though. I think you'll be amazed at what it can do for your core. Gook luck.
Hey Jake can you please tell which software are you using to make and edit your movies? Is it Windows Movie maker or some other? Please tell me. And you are doing a great job man. Keep going
dude you look scrawny and weak but your a fucking beast, you can pwn neone at ninja warrior, im a freshman in highschool dude i wish i was this strong crazy
Jake i really glad you got to go to santa monica, I always wanted to go there for that park specificly. I think you should travel more and find new training grounds. Keep up the good work :)
