I think he is right, a turbo like that would fit well to a 1600cc min.

You could win everywhere in the powerband with a smaller turbo, not a 12 or a 15 because it's too small...

But a 20 or 22

Great power but....the turbocharger is too big. The engine is almost dead until 5k RPM. Try something a litle bit smaller like Garrett GT12 or 15.
