The HQ button is not always available also the clip is in stereo. And my experience is that sometimes the HQ button causes problems during download (it is to slow --> one gets timeout). But if the HQ button works..fine. Use it. ;-)

@Balraj50: First, thank you for your comment. I listened to your upload. But I am sorry that I can’t confirm what you are saying. Your upload is louder than mine which normally implies that yours “sound better”. But your upload has increased bass & treble and sounds more noisier! To sum it up: My upload is suitable for more “relaxed ears”. Of course you should set the parameter &fmt=18 at the end of the URL and you should use quality equipment (headphones) to compare.
