I am 1,000% certain it's from the 70s. Look at the cereal design and the fact that Alan Reed is the voice of Fred. He passed away in 1977.

Furthermore, there is no reason to call anyone out like that! We are all on here for entertainment. We aren't knocking people for potential errors.

Fruity pebbles are way better than cocoa pebbles....If you take a bite of fruity pebbles and try to take a bite of cocoa pebbles...the fruity pebbles wins because its more sweeter and has more depth in taste...You can only eat cocoa or have a chocolate if your in the mood but you can always have a fruity taste...Fruit is more diversitile...Chocolate isn't....You have to be in the mood for chocolate....I Hate COCOA PEBBLES...LOVE the fruity pebbles. :) Thanx for the upload..Good Job! :)

I see that whoever recorded this ad obviously took better care of it than whoever provided the Fruity Pebbles commercials on "The Flintstones" DVD sets.

Yes. It was included in season one only

It was in 1971 when Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles made their debuts so it definitely is one of the first commercials for them since they mention them as "new". Notice at first they don't have any toy in the cereal box like they would later on.
