An iconic musical group sings at an uncompleted music building. Great sound then and still a great sound in a country that I have never visited but have a great day of feeing for. Also, it goes without saying, a great group that I still love to hear from.
Always liked this haunting song...it's filled with longing...one of my favs from Paul Simon and a perfect vehicle for the Seekers featuring Judith's soaring vocals.
FYI this song was Paul Simon's first hit outside S&G. Sounds of Silence had hit the top, and The Seekers recorded this giving Simon another hit (Simon wrote this alone, without Woodley)
Just 2 weeeks ago Judith D gave a recital (in melbourne Australia) on stage where she was it. No instruments or singers. Just her. Would have been tops. Also she has re-written the words to our (OZ) National Anthem with more contemporary wording.
ahh, the good old days

I heard that the Sydney opera house had a rough ride getting completed -- if so, then the title of this track "Someday, One Day" seems fitting, no?
