that sound is amazing! would you recommend that microphone? or if you could buy one over again which one would you buy. I am looking for one for a sony camcorder to record my live performances.
I recorded both the first night and the second night of sufjans shows at johnny brendas. It was my first time using the mic. Shot from the balcony the second night and the sound came out almost as good so I would recommend the mic. It only cost me $100 i believe and is 10x better than the onboard mic.
I'm pretty sure I was standing right behind you most of this concert, hah hah. The quality is amazing--I wish you could put up "All the Trees of the Field Will Clap Their Hands"! Have you tried splitting up your video in a movie-editing program? Shouldn't be too hard.
