Boy this brings back memories as a child sitting in Mazica Hall, Grandmana's home in downtown Miami. Shura was a great family friend of ours and student of Mana-Zucca's and regularly played her works. Thank you for putting this up on Youtube!

in realtà era una compositrice, e pure prolifica...ma anche cantante e pianista...vero nome Augusta Zuckerman, nata a New York City il 25 Dicembre1890 (pare) e morta nel 1981... Cherkassky, che era in amicizia, ne incise un paio di brani...
