Holy crap, I saw the fat gargoyle and the one with the big wings at the Minnesota State Fair! I was amazed! I'd seen this video before I saw the animatronics at the fair, and I was amazed!

The first two in my opinoin need more movement. The last one should also sway back and forth to give it a better realistic effect. These are just my opinoins though.
