i liked everything wen i got it until i found out how fast hte battery runs out, didnt even last a day, though i ddi take like 40 pics, music, videos, text, calls.

But in normal txt usage it lasts about 2-3 days. still pretty crap.

nope, it has touchpad and a touchscreenlike menu called fingerpad, its just a gimmick BUT

as soon as we've done some hacks, it will be possible to change theme etc and make it to full touchscreen as well as optimize some things (-> automatic noise reduction which leads to blurry pictures) I bought the phone cuz of kickass design, though actually the firmware on it is... crappy... hacks ftw

This phone really sucks, the battery time is not god as all, and the phone will not warn you before it runs out. It will just turn the phone of when you make your next phone call. And the tempered glass is just a sale thing. My display have been without the protection plastic film for about 1 week, and I have already alot of deep scratches. So please, don't buy this phone.

the touch pad thing, when u try to hit the middle button, it senses one of the directional arrow pads first.

I've had this phone for some months now, and I think it's great. The only thing I've found annoying is that the sound when taking a pic on the camera CANNOT be turned off, whether the telefone is on a silence mode or not.

Also, a minor thing which though I find annoying is that there isn't any count of how many sms:es you've sent totally.

But you should buy it, good prestanda, nice in your hand & a very cool design.

Of course you can call with it. It's a mobile phone.

But yes the screen can be a minor problem in sunlight if you have the brightness set on low, but I haven't encountered any problems to do with that.

And no the finger smudges will make barely any difference on the recording.

The M-Toy is also awesome. U don't get tired at all. I like the hands free device also. Bcoz it comes with the small rubber gripper which seals in to ur ear just perfectly. u can find the same in most of the Sonyericsson W series.

The best thing I like about this mobile is the solid grip of the phone. Since it is sophisticated with almost every feature a mobile can have, it doesn't feel like a toy at all.
