well im with livingston . took them from div 3 to spl in 4 seasons. got relegated twice. now a major force in europe. always in the champions league , always make the knockout stages and i do my own scouting. i have 35million in the bank. good way to recognise a good young player is weaknesses, if it says this player doesnt have any real weaknesses then i buy him. no need to cheat at this game. always start at the bottom. you earn more respect.

Berreta is OK, probably a good striker at champions league level... but not much better..

I signed 2 players in particular who are AMAZING. Jerome Bonni - MC,ST for £10M and he's now worth £25M 2 years in.

Then i bought a brazillian called Paulo f- AML/C or £3.2M and he's worth £18M now

the biggest talent you can make is Bojan Krkic, let him play every match for you, get a striker with lots of Mental Attributes and Exp, (one such as David Villa), and make him Bojan's role model.

At the age of 21 he will almost be as good as Villa.

Bjorn Van Dam, Dutch, quickly becomes the best right back in the game, cheap to buy if you get him early, age 16/17.

Macheda becomes sick after a couple of seasons.

Eric Bentley American striker, basically all green stats by the age of 20, available early in the game, but grab him quick, i had to pay £58million, but it's worth it though

@POOPDRAY get scout reports on youngsters and on the report card there should be a potential bit. if it says something like " has the poential to be better than..." he will probably be a good player. another one you didnt mention is Georginio Wijnaldum... and absolute god!

Thx for posting that but I reckon it matters on the staff setup at the clubs. Morale and injury would make difference too. I have just started playing fm 2010 and would appreciate any advice on training/coaching setup you have. BTW I'm playing a low reputation club in the English championship.
