He got a grade A+ because he had already finished the level on time with a different character. If you get A+ on a level, you will then always get A+ on that level no matter the time you finish the level in. But still, nice job actually finishing a level with him.

I think when you play Tofu Boy, you ALWAYS get A+s if you happen to clear the level at all. I think that's Team Meat's way of saying "Wow you got too much time on your hands here take this."
