I think he chose the wrong song. JJ Lin's songs are all fantastic but difficult to sing, and JJ's voice is too unique and perfect for other singers to sing his songs and surpass the original version.

i don't like his version of Jiang Nan. JJ Lin is a very hard singer to match, cover, or mimic. JJ is unrivaled.

absolutely. JJ is very solid technically in singing. his breath and pitch control is amazing. i think JJ is the second best male chinese singer ever after jacky cheung.

aha. unrivaled? how about leehom and jay. i think judy did quite a good job for a contest. and besides, i bet no one else in xing guang bang first season can match judy in singing that song. you cant compare jj to Judy. jj has been singing for what, 8 years? judy hasnt even been singing for one year when the clip was taken.

Actually, i don't think jay is good at singing, but his songs are good. JJ's technic is much better than Jay.

Judy is one of my favourite singers or performers in that contest.

but we definitely cant deny his hard effort 2 repair the singing part...

he was not perfect initially,

i think his singing is not bad~ perhaps it's just like 蔡康永 said"他的聲音沒有辨認性" they might want people with unique voice. But as an entertainer, his performance is quite good and attactive.He's born to be that.
