I take your point but I think it's inaccurate to appy this sceanrio to the US and the Caribbean because the blacks there weren't conquered, but imported as an underclass. If you look at the history of anywhere, migrating tribes displaced other, older tribes. Tkae the UK where the ancient Britons were displaced vy the Romans, who in turn were displaced by the saxons. Then came Jutes, Danes, Vikings and lastly Normans. Now it is melded into one nation. All Europe is the same as this.
