I found a different way, but it is all on d string. It goes:

7th 9th 10th 7th 9th 12th frets

then

7th 9th 14th(3x) 12th 9th 2nd 5th 7th 9th(2x) 10th 9th 7th frets.

The 9 to 10 are sliding.
