Great work. The middle blue diaphragm is leaking a little around the rubber band. Fix it, it may go a bit faster!

@specallez The engine is already in showcase, in our former high school. As I heard it does not work anymore. The rubbers rubbers are rotted. But it was a great experience for us.

Displacer is made of aluminum paste tin. The tin is made of very thin aluminium, so it was perfect for displacer.

No there is no regenerator, it was made just for demonstration of strirling engine in school ;P

No never thought. The engine doesn’t produce enough power and momentum, for his weight.

And it doesn’t work anymore.

@kimi2303 I've already built a small baddle steamer with a Wilesco D3 steam engine (see in my channel). I bet, the D3 engine is less powerful (torque!) than Your 5cylinder, so I guess it should be possible to ship this engine. It's only a question of downgearing the engine...

Of course it will not be a speed boat... :-)

Sad, that it does not work anymore (impossible to repair it?)

It's all sorts of things that's broken,. First of all is rubber on small pistons… Than is corrosion on big pistons

It's on plan to build a new one….better and more powerful, than these one.
