This has been speculated and argued about a lot in the comments section. Certainly looks a lot like the young Mark Knopfler. The manerisms are also there. Could be Andy Fairweather Low but since I'm not an expert on such matters I'll have to leave you in uncertainty. In other words, like most other commentators, I don't really know. Imho there's no Ginger Baker (Ray Coper absolutely), Winwood is there! Beck is on EC's the very left and the "Blue Jacket" man isn't Knopfler - it's not the way MK do "it" on the stage and the main idea - itsn't finger pickin. To be honest he does look like MK depends on the shoot angle and light.
