This was the first year of the Sounds Of The Underground tour. GWAR wasn't part of the first or second set, rather they were the "halftime entertainment." It was cool because while they were playing a black cloud storm from Hell was approaching from the NW, coming into Dallas perfectly behind the stage. It hit right after they got done playing--I helped Eva (the merch girl at the time) hold up the tent/booth.
