  • i love how she says"is this thing sturdy"

  • It looked like he was leap frogging the weight. lol strongman leap frog.

  • i would just push them when he is not looking

  • i'm stronger than that and i've never taken steroids, i'm also thirteen years old but my girlfriend is 22 and she loves my 12 inch penis. check this out, i can swear too: fuck fuck fuck bitch fuck ass bitch fuck.

what's sad is that i actually read these kind of comments.

  • @mecaganopoderentrar those are comments from and fucking harglesis, or 13andincerably cut. i hate that bitch... very funny though.

  • did you make those plates? o.o what's with the chalkiness?

  • next to the truck pull this is my favorite event!!

  • @czoraa21 How bout the hercules hold? I love it, but haven't seen it in a while.

  • @ThelegendAtlas forgot about that but thats always a crowd favorite.

  • As one of them tumbles back down and knocks out his ankle lol.

  • Strongmen competitions look like so much fun

  • @agentbobbarker Haha I agree. If they did those events with like 1/8 the weight, I would love to try it

  • @boston2O13 Same here lol.

  • who's job is it to take those back down

  • @selfmade559 well since you asked we will let you take them down :)

  • 31 sec

  • Strong

  • what was the weight used for the power stairs? i was thinking of using flanges 6" to 8" ones depending on diameter

  • @hammernegerator its in the description...400-450-500

  • @desolationofsmaug of course.

  • good training

  • lots of bodybuilders look stupid, especially the little blokes with tiny wrists and big arms! The strongman physique looks so much more in proportion basicaly guys who have large bone structures with muscle on top like myself of course lol!

  • @geilo1968 bodybuilding is aesthetics, and people with average or smaller joints give the best aesthetic look with muscle, rather than big-boned people.

  • that is honestly amazing.. so hard to comprehend what his acutally doing!

  • MMA: conditioning is important, strength is important, heart is important and these guys have it in spades.

But technique, timing, sense of distance, experience, strategy is also very important and these guys don't have it because it's not their sport.

Fedor couldn't hold a candle in a strongman competition. But likewise Fedor would mop the floor with the strongman elite. People are comparing apples with pears.

  • correction...wsm lol

  • when is the world strngwes man event??

  • I behind Pudzian all the way but I like Derek too. Poundstone is stronger than Pudzian in pure strength, but Mariusz is better at WSM competition, because its more based on speed and stamina.

  • @polskirybak

Both Pudz and Derek would DOMINATE ufc in the ring if they ever got involved.

they would destroy any of the ufc fighters

  • UFC in the ring? you mean the octagon right? And maybe the UFC, but they never are gonna be close to beat a trully mma fighter like Fedor Emelianenko.

  • @Yalashaska

id bet you and anyone else $ 300 that 6' 1" 300 lb. Poundstone would DESTROY Fedor in a Fight

hes too big, too powerful and hes also agile and quick, and has good stamina.

the man is just too much to Handle

  • lol dude, I hope you're kidding.

  • @ACEBAKER911 You're an idiot. I'm sorry but I had to write that. Get learned

  • Yeah, Derek may break the guy's skull in one hit but (no offense) he wouldn't be fast enough to catch some of these guys. It's not putting down anoyone, but it's just not what Derek's training for.

  • @ACEBAKER911 yeaa... thats why 350lbs 6 foot 5 bob sapp gets his ass handed to him right?

  • @dsxz when he got kicked by cro cop and fell down crying he did.

  • @dc2bee thats what im saying, bieng big doesnt mean u can take a punch, bob sapp being the epitome of that

  • @dc2bee It was a punch, not a kick

  • @ACEBAKER911

lol yeah too bad pudz got his ass wooped, i guess you spoke too soon because he couldn't even handle a fat 240lb asian can that he was SUPPOSED to mop the floor with, but he gassed and could hardly hold him down.

yeah these guys aren't built for that shit, they may look good in Strongman comps beause that is what they train for, right now Pudz weighs about 260lbs because he had to lose that muscle, he would get his ass handed to him by top HWs.

  • Yeah ! Good luck for the World strongest man competition 2009 :D

  • good luck in wsm 09:)

  • nice! you gonna compete against Arild Haugen?

  • "this thing sturdy" hahaha

  • there's another video where in the middle of a 950 lb tire flipping she asks if "that's the 3rd or 4th rep???" hahaha!!! with all the blood injected right into your lumbars, quads, calves... tough question!!!!!

  • sorry to say your prolly stronger than mariusz but hes older than you and hes faster too and that makes up for it so i dont know that youll be able to beat him but if there is someone, its you

  • What a man.

  • Just out of curiosity, how much do those impliments weigh?

Good luck at the WSM, Mr. Poundstone, not that you'll need it. Win one for the Red, White, and Blue!

  • Given he is a heavyweight champion, he should train with weights respectively around 200, 225 and 250 kg for these objects. Derek's grip is jaw-dropping and he sure could do a run with a 270kg one in a comp (600 pounds).

  • Good luck for the WSM Derek, I really hope you beat Marious. I'm pretty sure you'll win the whole thing.

  • "Oh my god, is this thing sturdy?" Hehe, that made me giggle when she said that. You make it look easy!

  • Yeah, girls are so cute when they're worried about something...

  • ah sry you write it..500lbs...

  • how many kilos is the last one?
