Also, why is it the government's concern what one does with their own safety? If I want to stand under the approach path of runway 10 on the public Maho Beach. Then I will...  and have. If you meant flat angle of the glidepath - not it's not. That's a normal approach. It looks flatter than it was, because of the use of an extensive wide-angle lens.
