That scene when Violet decides what to do with her relationship with Tate was amazing. I truly admire her character for doing what's right. You can love someone, but there are certain things you can never forgive them for. I can totally relate to that having experience some of that in my own life.
I was so proud of Violet for willing Tate away. He's the most well-written one on the show, and I loved them together -- but what he did... Just, no. What I WOULD like to see, though, is he and Violet alternately showing up throughout the rest of the show as ghosts, having a snarky, thorny, contentious relationship whenever they see each other. Drama-llamas! :)

@Salvatoredanceoholic Thaddeus is the Mongomeryt's baby. The one that wa cuted into peaces but his father found out a way to bring him back from the dead. But then he became some kind of zombie, i think. He's in the basement and you can briefly see him. He's this little monster that is always having blood on his mouth. You can see him in episode 1 when Violet brings this popular girl to Tate in the basement.

Just because you say you love someone doesn't mean you should be forgiven for past deeds, or that it excuses them. Most criminals love someone, doesn't make what they did suddenly okay. As cute as Tate is, and as sweet as he treats Violet, it scares me after all he has done people would still want him as a boyfriend. That's just messed up. Maybe his soul might deserve to move on, if he can ever truly change. But as Violet said he is the darkness.

I fell horrible for both Tate and Violet. I mean he was different when he did that to her mother. He was changed by his love for Violet. At the same time I think Violet did the right thing. I mean he raped her mother...she told Tate she believed he had changed and she told him she loved him but how can you be with someone who in a way caused the death of your mother? The reunion scene between Vivien and Violet brought me to tears. Vivien doesn't deserve all the shit she has to go through.
I don't believe for a second that this is the end of them. Everyone remember: these two will be stuck in the same house forever now. They have nowhere else to go. If Tate is really that willing to get her back, who knows what he can do to make it up to her. He has forever.

Totally agree with you. Even though Violet tells him that she loves him, and that she believes him when he says he felt changed because of her....I have a feeling he's still going to take his "rejection" badly (like in the very start of the show Ben kicks him out of Violet's room and he storms out only to don the suit and rape Viv). I just hope he doesn't totally give in and team up with Hayden (in the episode 12 promo we see a bit with them standing in the window together).
I know that he deserved not to be with violet anymore but, argh seeing him cry.. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO FEEL ANYMORE.
