  • One woman band. Cool. Did you drop the p90 in your tele, or was it born with it? Cool jam. Rock on.

  • @LesterPaul01 Too bad I sold the drumset last year... : ( It was a lot of fun. The P90 was 'born with it' and is a Lollar 50's wind. Cheers! : )

  • T,

Love your Danocaster! This guitar is the bomb! I so wanted a Tele with a P-90 in the Neck. What an awesome setup. Tone sounds fantastic too. WICKED!

  • @larrysoulcactus Thanks Larry! I have to admit that this is my favorite guitar at the moment. Filtertons in the Carbonita are probably as awesome if not more so than P90's! I'm digging your videos of the SB Carbonita.

    Best, T

  • @Noitpure Thanks T. Yes they are really awesome in the Tele....very cool combination!!!

  • You are one hell of a one man band. Great playing and tone.

  • this is where it's at, love the tone

  • @Happydays254 Thanks! I appreciate your kind words. : )

  • Amazing! Just got a Champ off Ebay. Waiting for it to arrive. This makes the anticipation even more pleasing ;-)

  • I bet you had to operate to install that p90. Sounds sick

  • nice work - have you discovered the tone on "big log" by robbie blunt of the robert plant's solo album? just thought you may enjoy that - cheers*

  • nice work - have you discovered the tone on "big log" by robbie blunt of the robert plant's solo album?

  • killer hi hat tone

  • wow i'm amazed again i noticed you use a lot the P90 pickups and i would like to know from your point of view why ...i would like to know some opinions because i already own a 2 humbucker guitar but i'm interested in a guitar with P90's...thank you for any future response and have a nice day =)

  • @cosmin5678 Why do I like P90's so much? They have a very sweet midrange tone that my ears prefer. They are softer than humbuckers, and not as harsh and warmer than most traditional single-coil pickups. I love the world of inbetweeness. If that's even a word. LOL : ) Best wishes, T

  • Great playing, and I love your tone and playing. Any info on the pickups in that Dano? I saw in the earlier comments that neck is a lollar 50's wind based on costello's goldtop. Any info on the bridge?

  • @Mayo5 The bridge is a Lollar A3 something or other that I believe is a special wind Jason does for Dan. The bridge pup balances really well with the Lollar 50's Wind P90. Thank you for the kind words! : ) Best, T

  • @Noitpure

Thanks for the reply back! I hope to find one pretty similar to this from Dano. I love that one and it's tone. Perfect versatile blues sound. The great playing helps too.

  • @gomudhen Thank you! : )

  • nice man

  • Great playing dude..thinking of getting one of those guitars..have you got Allparts neck or Musikraft??

  • @eharch79 Thank you! I believe the neck to be a Musikraft. Take care, T

  • If you had the amp dimed, did you have the volume on the guitar backed off? Just wondering.....

  • @jdrizd2 More than likely a little. I rarely have the volume knob on my guitars full on. Best, T

  • There's a P-90 in your Tele.....interesting idea.....I like it.

  • Thanks! It's a Lollar 50's wind. Blends really nice with the bridge pup. Best, T

  • This is great....I love it *****

  • Thank you!!! : )

  • Great stuff as usual. Please contact me first if you ever consider selling your Dano. Seriously.

  • Thank you for the comment and yes, if I decide to sell the Dano I'll let you know.

    Take care,

    T

  • Great danocaster! Great tones in your demos, keep em a'comin

  • Thank you!

  • Great--Now I guess I have to go out and buy a high hat just to give it a try! Great Job!!

  • Well, it is more fun than just tapping your toe! LOL

  • Mucho thank you!

  • Woaw ! Great !

  • Thank you for checking it out!

  • Pretty cool! Had to watch it again. That, dear friends, is how you keep good time. Nice work ma'am.

  • Thank you for the positive words! Got my day off to a great start! Take care, T

  • very cool tone! that neck looks really comfortable! hehe

  • ill buy that guitar off ya

  • Sweet! And I LOVE that Danocaster! (actually your entire gear collection is completely killer) ...sounds and looks great with that 'seafoam' paint. You've got a new sub...me :)

    All the best,

    Joy/the Leopard Lounge

  • Thank you very much for the positive comments! You can't go wrong with Seafoam/Surf Green! : ) Best wishes, T

  • 1:26...Quite-the-Spank..:)

  • Sometimes you just have to! LOL

  • You're Killin me w/ that right foot there girl! What a GREAT idea ! When you say they copied Sean's wind ..did they have Sean's '53 goldtop? Freakin BEST TONE EVER ..& could coax it out with no problems. He's just the most underrated blues player ever. After Dan did his Sean tribute vid & I discovered him I've been using Sean for inspiration DAILY... & I use YOU for touch.

  • Thanks! Sean had Lollar copy the pups in his '53 Goldtop. He kept shorting out the neck P90 sweating on it. LOL That said, he had Fralin's in his R6. Anyway, Lollar uses the wind from Sean's old pups for his '50's Wind P90's. Low output with really good clarity. LOVE Sean's playing! Huge inspiration for me as well.

  • I just noticed the hi-hat - you are becoming a one-woman-band!

  • Yeah, I've found most drummers to be a little um...unreliable..... : ) LOL

  • Good one!!

  • Thank you! : )

  • Love it T, sounds great!!

  • Thank you MUCHO! ; )

  • Thanks for checking it out. Best wishes, T

  • I dig the lil riff in between the chords. Great tone, great playin' Trina. You are on top of your game!!

  • Thanks Phil. As you can probably tell, I'm thrilled with this new guitar. Just had to take the little Champ's out for a walk with it. Take care, Trina

  • That is a great sounding lil ax you got. Is that a Dano? I bet that p90 in the neck sounds greeeeat!!

  • Dano it is. Fantastic guitars! The P90 is a Lollar 50's wind, which is what is in my R4 as well. Lollar copied Sean Costello's original P90's in his '53 and came up with the 50's Wind. I really like 'em. : )
