I agree with you on that, my cousin called into alienware because his auroa was acting up and the guy in customer service had no idea what he was talking about, he tried to convince him to buy a brand new one, two days later he took it to a repair shop and within a couple hours they had it running better than new.

Of course you have to change the liquid. You should do it once a year to keep it fresh enabling better cooling.

I also recommend buying this if you want your games to be insanely smooth on high settings.

i need to get an alienware case coz im building my own gaming cptr, building ur own is 3-4 grand cheaper with the same specs . some of the retailers are rip offs ... so i guess it better to build one urself (and it give u something to do, esspecially if you install a liquid nitrogen cooling system)

you can buy alienware barebone cases on ebay and other sites just make sure you use paypal as sometimes they might not work so you can get your money back....and as for liquid cooling make sure you know what your doing wiring etc...
