why do people feel that it is necesary to neglect animals.....? If you cannot afford them and noone will buy them from you then you send them to homes for free or give them to animal societies who will find appropriate homes for them...
@fowlerpower2009 Only thing I'd add there is you have to be careful if you're giving them away free. Only do that to someone you know cos there are some shady characters out there who'll either abuse it themselves or obtain em for slaughter while pretending to be planning on giving them a nice loving home.

Problem I see right away with this is, who is going to want to take on another hay burner that they are legally prohibited from using? There aren't that many people around that want a 4-year old companion animal for a 20-year old horse. If there's nothing wrong with them besides being malnourished at one point in their life, I don't see why they can't be sold a riding animals.
@silifein if you watched till the end she 3 will be loaned as riding horses 2 are too young so will be put to pasture with theyre horses and only 1 will be a companion horse as shes the older one
150 hours community service, 10 year ban and a suspended prison sentence? I wish more judges handed out punishments like that!!! Although I wish they could give out even harsher punishments! Maybe one day...
