He is absolutely correct about signing statements of Bush, he's made more than all other Presidents combined. I can't imagine why the process would even exist at all. It effectively renders legislation, rules etc pointless.
I hate that some hack can push a piece of paper in front of clueless Bush and have him undo what has taken great effort to accomplish according to the people's will.

When Bush swore to uphold the constitution at the inoguration, he had his fingers crossed.
Therefore; he is above the law.
Who's job is it to ensure that the President has to obide by the laws of the constitution?
Shouldn't that person/people be on trial?
