It does look pretty real accept for the fact that he doesn't start shoving the cameraman until the very end. If he's so irate, why would he let the cam get so close to him and just ignore it? It is a wide angle lens, so the cam would have to be VERY close to him at various points with him paying no attention to it whatsoever until the very end. Doesn't add up.
